Our client is a well-established recruitment business operating across the construction sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join their Sheffield team.
What the role involves
You'll be joining a busy, varied and fast-moving environment where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with client companies to understand their hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
* Selling via the phone and face to face.
* Writing job adverts, creating marketing content and promoting vacancies across job boards, social media and networking channels.
* Generating new business through calls, client visits and relationship-building, supported by a strong flow of existing vacancies.
* Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
* Visiting client premises to gain a thorough understanding of their business.
* Qualifying applicants and providing solutions to recruitment challenges.
* Negotiating fees, terms and candidate packages.
* Receiving one-to-one coaching and ongoing development to support your progression.
