An interim opportunity to join this fast-paced and forward-thinking business on a part-time basis, working 10am-2pm, five days a week.
The Role
1. Managing the Customer Service inbox and forwarding queries to the relevant departments.
2. Answering incoming calls from Key Accounts and redirecting them as needed.
3. Managing Returns/Credits Screen and organizing collections for Key Accounts.
4. Liaising with FedEx regarding lost or missing parcels for Key Account requests.
5. Processing service jobs for Key Accounts.
6. Managing the in-house system and processing orders.
7. Approving, amending, or adjusting credits and returns.
8. Processing non-stock returns.
9. Updating, deleting, or amending backorders.
