About the role
Are you passionate about customer service and working with others to achieve nature’s recovery?
We are currently recruiting for a Retail and Catering Assistant to work at our Attenborough Nature Centre Café for 6 hours on Sundays.
You need to be hardworking and self-motivated, with the ability and confidence to work independently.
We expect all of our team to be warm, friendly, and helpful, with a desire to provide great customer service.
We are looking for someone who is willing to muck in and help team members, whether that’s helping on the till, washing up, replenishing stock, or giving directions to visitors.
You’ll have a ‘can-do’ attitude and a proactive approach to getting things done.
You’ll have guidance and support from our manager and friendly colleagues, but we really want you to think on your feet and put yourself in the customer’s shoes.
Customer Service / Front of House / Barista experience are beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
