Your New Role
As their Management Accountant, your responsibilities includes:
1. Preparing monthly management accounts, commentary, and analysis
2. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles
3. Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders to influence decisions
4. Providing meaningful insight into performance drivers and cost control
5. Balance sheet reconciliations and oversight of transactional accuracy
6. Identifying process improvements and supporting finance transformation initiatives
7. Assisting with year-end and audit preparation
8. Opportunity to support strategic projects, system enhancements
What You’ll Need to Succeed
9. Part-qualified or fully qualified status (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
10. Strong management reporting skills with the ability to turn data into insight
11. Confident communication skills and a proactive, business-partnering approach
12. Advanced Excel proficiency (Power BI or similar advantageous)
13. Commercial awareness and a continuous-improvement mindset
14. Experience gained within fast-paced or growing environments
