We are seeking an Operations Executive for our Flexforce team to join us on a 'Hybrid' basis at our Head Office in Central Woking (parking is provided, or for train travelers, we are right next to the train station!). This role involves working full-time in the office three days a week, offering a balance between on-site and remote work.

Main Purpose of the Role
The Operations Executive is central to administrative processes within Flexforce. We are committed to delivering first-class support to our teams and clients, aiming for operational excellence and continuous skill development aligned with client and business needs.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Administration
* Manage activity booking sheets according to internal processes.
* Create POS matrices to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
* Develop activity briefs to clarify objectives and expectations for in-store campaigns.
* Oversee booking sheet templates and weekly activity emails for subcontractors.
* Administer rate cards, travel payments, and completion fees.
Technical
* Build scripts accurately in internal software to optimize client outcomes regarding precision and quality.
* Support inbound queries related to reporting via the internal system.
* Compile photo reports in PowerPoint and download images from the system.
Quality Control
* Review photographic images for relevance, adherence to briefs, and quality standards.
* Identify anomalies in data downloads and escalate as needed.
Client Communication (if applicable)
* Serve as the first point of contact for operational client queries.
* Manage client operational requirements effectively.
Strategic Direction
* Contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the account and business.
* Review and propose process improvements.
Other Requirements
* Minimum of one field visit and one meeting per month.
* Follow company policies and procedures, available on the intranet or via HR.
* Take responsibility for complying with Health & Safety Regulations.
