This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Generalist to join the supportive and collaborative HR team. You will play a key role in providing comprehensive HR support across all areas of the employee life cycle, ensuring that people processes operate efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with company policies and UK employment legislation
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a generalist HR role within a fast-paced or commercially driven environment, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing or multi-site
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
Demonstrable experience in supporting or managing employee relations cases.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
Proactive, tenacious, and able to take ownership of tasks through to completion.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
