About the Role
The role will be working with the Head of Business Intelligence & Systems, and the Application Analyst is essential to ensure the stability, efficiency, and scalability of the current business systems.
Responsibilities
The Application Analyst will be responsible for mitigating risk by:
* Centralising documentation
* Standardising processes
* They will serve as an additional point of contact for application-related issues
* Beyond project work, the Application Analyst will:
* Play a vital role in the day-to-day running of systems
* Resolve user issues
* Optimise workflows
* Ensuring the Firm's applications are aligned with the evolving needs of the business by working with various business stakeholders
Qualifications
* Experience in a systems team within a law firm
* Strong understanding of legal department operations
* Knowledge of legal practice management systems and relational databases
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Highly motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
Required Skills
