The role involves detailed cost control, subcontract procurement, variation management and regular communication with clients and project teams. Key Responsibilities Commercial management of assigned projects Preparing documentation for subcontractor pricing and reviewing quotations Procuring subcontract packages and negotiating terms Managing variations, changes, dayworks and labour-only elements Accurate measurement and cost tracking Producing cost reports, forecasts and risk assessments Liaising with clients, subcontractors and internal teams Requirements Minimum two years' experience in a QS role Fit-out or main contractor background preferred Strong commercial and contractual awareness Confident communication and presentation skills Ability to manage workload and work well within a team Relevant degree or equivalent experience Package One day per week working from home Project-related performance bonus Pension with salary sacrifice Free PureGym membership Health cashback plan 2pm Friday finish (8am-5pm Monday- Thursday) Regular social events CPD training budget 29 days annual leave plus additional service-based holidays For more information or to discuss in confidence, please contact Rachael Ryan at CSR on.
