Robert Half are pleased to be recruiting a Financial Controller role with an SME based on the Wiltshire/Gloucestershire boarder on a permanent basis. This is a traditional SME role with a broad set of responsibilities that span outside of finance (to include HR, health and safety, supporting with purchasing).
The role
The Financial Controller will be a pivotal member of the leadership team, and this role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities to include but not be limited to:
1. Preparing management accounts.
2. Budgeting and forecasting.
3. Financial Analysis.
4. Partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
5. Overseeing HR responsibilities (with the support of an external HR consultant where required).
6. Payroll.
7. Liaising with auditors.
Profile
8. 10+ years manufacturing experience.
9. SME experience.
10. Qualified or qualified by experience considered.
11. Steady CV i.e. 3-5 years within each role.
Package
12. £70-80k base salary (bonus scheme to be determined).
13. Hybrid working: 2 days minimum onsite.
14. On site parking.
15. 25 days leave + bank holidays.
