Robert Half are pleased to be recruiting a Financial Controller role with an SME based on the Wiltshire/Gloucestershire boarder on a permanent basis. This is a traditional SME role with a broad set of responsibilities that span outside of finance (to include HR, health and safety, supporting with purchasing). The role The Financial Controller will be a pivotal member of the leadership team, and this role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities to include but not be limited to: Preparing management accounts. Budgeting and forecasting. Financial Analysis. Partnering with non-finance stakeholders. Overseeing HR responsibilities (with the support of an external HR consultant where required). Payroll. Liaising with auditors. Profile 10 years manufacturing experience. SME experience. Qualified or qualified by experience considered. Steady CV i.e. 3-5 years within each role. Package £70-80k base salary (bonus scheme to be determined). Hybrid working: 2 days minimum onsite. On site parking. 25 days leave bank holidays.
