Passionate about stepping into a Recruitment Role? In the Customer Support Centre, we are dedicated to attracting and developing top talent to drive our success. We are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Assistant to join the CSC Recruitment Team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the CSC Recruitment Manager. This role assists all aspects of recruitment, including candidate selection, administrative duties, Right to Work & DBS compliance, CV & interview preparation for internal career mobility. Your contribution will be instrumental in ensuring our end-to-end recruitment process is streamlined and efficient. Key responsibilities of the role: Facilitate all aspects of candidate assessment, including role plays, competency interviews, IT tasks, CSC tours and assessment centres. Coordinate and communicate with candidates and Team Leaders to ensure a smooth recruitment experience. Ensure right-to-work compliance at the interview stage and for new joins in day 1. Maintain up-to-date Recruitment MI What you’ll need to have: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail Proven ability to train and coach Able to work proactively and make decisions Flexibility and adaptability to match workload It would be great if you also have: Recruitment experience Knowledge Right to Work policy and Disclosures (DBS) Why Boots: At Boots, we foster a working environment where consideration and inclusivity help everyone to be themselves and reach their full potential.
