* Are you based in one of the Following Post Code areas? M33, WA14. WA15, M23, M22
* Driving licence required and your own vehicle
What you'll be doing:
* Creating lasting, meaningful relationships with clients and their families
* Providing companionship and emotional support to our incredible clients
* Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, mobility)
* Supporting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
* Helping with errands and medication reminders
* Making every visit count with a minimum of 1-hour care calls
