About the role
Vision for Education are looking to register Teaching Assistants who could work with children with a variety of Additional Learning Needs such as Autistic Spectrum conditions, ADHD and Speech and Language difficulties. This role requires a highly motivated, adaptable, committed, enthusiastic and resilient Teaching Assistant with great communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting the Teacher. You will have experience working with young people with Additional Learning Needs. You will work as part of a dedicated and committed team that have a child-centred approach in all they do. We work with primary and secondary schools within and surrounding the Pembroke area and require Teaching Assistants who would be able to travel to this area.
Requirements
The desired ALN Teaching Assistant will have:-
- Experience of working with primary or secondary aged children and young people
- A passion for the progress pupils with Additional Learning Needs
- An ability to work as part of a team
