Qualifications
* Full clean UK driving licence is required.
* Proven, motivated sales professional with a track record of exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities
You’ll be confident and engaging face to face, on the telephone and across video platforms. An ability to connect with customers through social media would be an advantage too, helping to bring even more personality and presence to our dealership. Strong written communication will help you influence and sell via email, and being highly organised is essential—our customers expect it, and rightly so.
Your passion for vehicles will already shine through in your customer interactions. We want you to use that passion to inspire others, both customers and colleagues. A full clean driving licence is required, as first‑hand product knowledge is key to building trust and credibility.
Alongside sales success, you’ll benefit from structured development opportunities, including Product Familiarisation Seminars, external and internal training, and a clear pathway into management. Earnings are uncapped—the harder you work, the greater your rewards—while you also build towards a leadership future.
