The Role:
In this fast-paced and varied position, you'll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day fleet operations—covering everything from database management and vehicle compliance to accident reporting and insurance claims. Reporting into the Fleet Manager, you’ll play a key part in keeping over 1,000 vehicles on the road and operating to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of vehicle locations and status
* Oversee the vetting of all branch-level vehicle expenditure
* Monitor servicing, tyre replacement, and ensure vehicles meet presentation standards
* Manage vehicle tracking systems
* Coordinate accident management processes and follow-up reporting
* Handle fleet insurance, including claim management and reporting
* Oversee MOT and tax reminder processes
* Ensure regular driver licence checks are completed
* Support with efficient vehicle procurement and disposal
* Act as the first point of contact for all internal and external fleet-related queries
About You:
* 1 years’ experience in a fleet administration, vehicle operations, or similar role
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Strong Excel and database management skills
* Proactive and analytical with a problem-solving mindset
* Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
* Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* A customer-focused attitude
