The successful candidate must be able to teach across a range of programmes at levels 1, 2, and 3. Responsibilities include curriculum development and employer engagement to enhance provision. Candidates should be qualified to at least Degree level or have extensive work experience in the Nails/Beauty industry. Holding a Certificate in Education or an equivalent teaching qualification, along with Assessors' certification, is desirable. Knowledge of quality assurance practices would also be beneficial.
