Your new role
Handle inbound calls and direct messages to relevant departments
Maintain accurate records and complete essential paperwork
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Use various software systems to manage data and documentation
Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and service standardsWhat you'll need to succeed
Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar admin role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhat you'll get in return
