Key Responsibilities as Sales Administrator:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for new customer enquiries.
2. Generating accurate, professional quotes tailored to specific client requirements.
3. Converting approved quotes into active orders within internal systems.
4. Liaising directly with suppliers to place orders and secure necessary stock.
5. Providing consistent updates to customers regarding the status of their orders.
6. Managing expectations by communicating lead times, ETAs, and any potential delays
7. Monitoring shipments and obtaining Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
8. Investigating and resolving any logistical issues that may arise during transit
9. Addressing and resolving customer queries via both telephone and email.
10. Managing the returns process (RMA) and ensuring aftersales issues are closed out efficiently.
