The Role
As a Junior Accounts Manager, your primary focus will be driving sales results within client accounts while learning how to manage performance, targets, and account standards. You’ll work closely with experienced leaders and receive structured training to prepare you for senior account management.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting and managing client accounts with a focus on sales and revenue growth
* Working towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs
* Monitoring account performance and identifying growth opportunities
* Supporting sales activity planning and execution
* Maintaining accurate performance records and reports
* Supporting client standards and account expectations
