Senior / Principal Town Planner - Winchester
Looking to level up your planning career in a vibrant, central Winchester office? We're on the hunt for a Senior or Principal Town Planner to take on high-profile projects across the public and private sectors with a respected, forward-thinking consultancy.
What You'll Do:
* Lead diverse planning projects from start to finish
* Prepare applications, appeals, and contribute to development plans
* Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
* Collaborate with Directors and mentor junior team members
What You'll Need:
* 3-7 years of experience in planning (public/private)
* RTPI Chartered or working towards it
* A passion for quality, detail, and stakeholder engagement
* Full UK driving licence
