Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer
Location: Covering Cumbria area (30mins E/W)
Salary: £43,000 + Overtime + Bonus Scheme

What’s on Offer:
* Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30 (40 hours/week, 30-minute unpaid lunch)
* Call-out: £150 standby payment + minimum 4 hours paid
* Overtime Rates: 1.5x Mon–Sat, 2.0x Sundays
* Holiday Entitlement: 25 days + 8 bank holidays

About the Role:
* Primarily focused on Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) with some reactive maintenance and small works
* Exposure to a variety of sites (approx. 150), offering plenty of scope for learning and progression
* Opportunity to develop into a dual Gas Engineer/Supervisory role for the right candidate
* No specialist equipment on site, but strong support and structure in place
* Working independently in a newly created role, with a clear route to becoming a senior team member
What You’ll Need:
* Commercial Gas Qualifications (essential)
* Supervisor experience/qualifications (desirable but not required)
* Ability to represent the company on-site and maintain strong client relationships
* A proactive and professional attitude with a focus on safety and service quality
