Are you a CNC Machinist who takes pride in precision, thrives on technical challenges, and wants to be part of a forward-thinking team? We're working with a fantastic client in Dumbarton who is looking to bring a talented CNC Operator on board — and they’re offering a solid £21 per hour for the right individual.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Operating and setting up CNC machinery (Fanuc controls experience is key!)
* Programming and machining components with a variety of complexity
* Interpreting technical drawings and documentation like a pro
* Ensuring every component meets quality, safety, and spec standards
* Monitoring performance and making fine adjustments as needed
* Using precision instruments to ensure every detail is spot on
* Keeping your workspace tidy, organised, and safe
* Supporting ad-hoc projects and working closely with your team
What We're Looking For:
* Time-served engineer or completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship
* Solid CNC experience, ideally with Fanuc
* Confident interpreting engineering drawings
* A proactive, flexible, and quality-driven attitude
* Strong experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment
