Key Responsibilities:
• Contact candidates for short phone interviews
• Maintain accurate online profiles and records
• Keep Excel sheets updated with recruitment data
• Manage emails and calendars in Outlook
• Support the team with general administrative tasks
• Answer incoming calls and record messages
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable speaking to candidates over the phone
• Confident using Outlook, Excel, and data capture systems
• Organised, reliable, and proactive
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Own laptop/computer with stable internet
