You will support learners studying Carpentry & Joinery by delivering engaging, practical sessions that develop their technical skills, industry knowledge, and employability, preparing them for careers in the construction sector. What You'll Be Doing Deliver engaging Carpentry & Joinery teaching in both workshop and classroom settings Support learners to develop practical skills and industry-relevant knowledge Plan and assess learning in line with awarding body requirements Monitor learner progress and provide clear, constructive feedback Maintain accurate teaching, assessment, and progress records Promote safe working practices and positive learner behaviours About the Learners Students studying Carpentry & Joinery within Construction programmes A mix of full-time FE learners and apprentices Focus on hands-on learning, health & safety, and employability skills Structured, supportive workshop-based environment What We're Looking For Minimum Level 3 qualification in Carpentry & Joinery Relevant industry experience within Carpentry & Joinery FE or apprenticeship teaching experience (desirable, not essential) Strong communication and organisational skills Commitment to high-quality teaching and learner progression Why Join Bolton Talent Solutions?
