Export Sales Manager – Scunthorpe - £50,000 plus commission
Role
Chase & Holland are delighted to be working with a well-established business in Scunthorpe, who are looking to recruit an Export Sales Manager, as the business continues to go from strength-to-strength. This crucial role will see you buying, selling and exporting preowned commercial vehicles. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join this friendly team. In return:
1. Salary of £50,000
2. Generous commission structure

5. 25 days + Bank Holidays (increases with service)
6. Annual pay reviews
Reporting to the CEO, the role will include the following duties:
1. Developing and managing sales strategies through identifying market opportunities and initiatives to support agreed strategic growth plans
2. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
3. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide a seamless journey for customers
4. Financial responsibility for the region, ensuring that the region delivers P+L growth through effective business development and cost control
5. Recording and monitoring sales performance via CRM system
6. Maintaining up to date product and service knowledge
7. Providing expert advice and solutions to meet client’s needs
The Ideal Candidate
1. Previous experience and knowledge selling preowned commercial vehicles and equipment or a similar industry is essential
2. Full knowledge of customs procedures from UK to EU
3. Excellent IT skills
4. A full UK driving license and ability to travel is essential
