Job Description:
The position will provide test proctoring and administration services at the Woodbridge Campus. The purpose of this position is to provide students with correct exam, appropriate materials, and proper environment to complete exam in a timely manner.
Duties and Tasks:
1. Actively monitor testers while in the testing environment to ensure exam integrity.
2. Report academic integrity violations to the supervisor immediately.
3. Administer exams according to Center, College, and testing company policies and guidelines, as well as State and Federal law.
4. Assist students in making appointments for tests
5. Greet students/visitors and assist them with their informational needs,
6. Assist faculty with placing exams in the center for their courses.
7. Will assess student needs and sign them in to see correct service provider based on those needs.
8. Support the front desk to make sure student information, and tests are correctly administered.
9. Will regularly work in the Testing Center, at the campus Welcome Desk and the Front Desk for Student Affairs as needed by the division.

11. Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks on time .

13. Ability to work with diverse group of people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
14. Ability to remain at assigned duty location for extended periods of time
15. Excellent team player skills
16. Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
17. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
18. Computers and application software knowledge
Minimum Work Experience:
19. Administrative experience
20. Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
21. Customer services (in-person, email, and telephone) experience in a high-volume environment
22. Experience in a multicultural environment interacting with speakers of varying levels of English proficiency.
