What we’re looking for?
Key skills for the role:
* Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
* Passion for providing excellent customer service
* Strong teamwork
* Good initiative
* Confidence using IT systems
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Willingness to step out of comfort zone and try new things
* Open to feedback and development
