Job Description
We are working exclusively with a well-respected removals company to source an experienced Commercial Removals Account Manager to support the growth of their commercial removals and logistics operations across the Southeast. This hybrid role is integral to strengthening their commercial presence across multiple depots, managing and developing key client accounts, and driving the expansion of services within commercial storage, workplace relocation, and broader logistics solutions, while ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, solutions-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, maintain and evolve a multi-depot commercial removals marketing strategy across the branch network, identifying both existing strengths and new market opportunities.
2. Work with marketing to review and refine commercial/logistics removals marketing materials to support business growth.
3. Identify market segments (public, private commercial, logistics) where the business has competitive advantage or potential exposure, targeting new removals clients and markets.
4. Generate new business through existing contacts, responses to RFIs, private enquiries, and proactive outreach to companies, trade partners and competitors.
