ROLE DESCRIPTION
Join our high performing marketing team who is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who is looking to start their marketing career, in a multi-million pound business. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual looking to work in a busy marketing team focusing on the delivery of campaigns to our customer base. The Media Campaigns Assistant will have the opportunity to support the other team members in the delivery of the marketing plan across multiple channels.
You will need to be organised and a multi-tasker, who has good attention to detail and great communication skills to deal with estate and letting agent customers as well as internal teams such as the sales team and other departments. You will need to be able to prioritise your workload and work well under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work with the New Homes sales team to deliver a range of campaigns via email and SMS
* Use our platforms extract the correct data and merge with the relevant creative to ensure we send timely communications to our database
* Build and test creative to ensure it meet brand standards and is optimised for delivery across mobile and desktop
* Send the targeted communication to consumers and agents using our email broadcast platform
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure they are fully informed of activity, results and timelines
* Liaise with agencies, estate agent and new homes developer customers on the status of campaigns and represent the campaigns team in dealing with any queries or questions.
* Manage the flow of work to ensure deadlines are met
* Collate and record results accurately
* Analyse results from activity and make recommendations for improvements to performance
* In addition to supporting the campaign function there will be other opportunities within the department to grow and learn new skills and experience supporting other members of the marketing team.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
* Excellent presentation skills in Powerpoint and Canva
* Excellent at multitasking and is comfortable with managing tight deadlines and priorities
* Strong communication skills to deal with estate and lettings agent customers, as well as internal teams, such as the sales team and other departments
* Enthusiastic attitude to get involved in all aspects of marketing and to learn beyond technical skill
* Basic marketing experience is highly desirable
