Bixby Research & Analytics is currently seeking an Operations/Compliance Associate based out of our Glasgow, UK office.

We'll Count on You To:
* Daily Operational/Compliance procedures.
* Work closely with Compliance Manager and senior research staff to manage compliance programs and execute on associated operational processes and control systems.
* Document Management/Categorization.
* Review, revise, and continuously improve upon, existing compliance programs, policies and procedures as necessary to identify risks and stay in line with mandated compliance policies.
* Ability to review own work product to ensure accuracy and completeness in a time-sensitive environment.
* Permission management of document and site access.
What You Need to Have:
* Bachelor's degree required. A variety of educational histories will be considered for this role, especially those with Accounting/Financial/Legal backgrounds.
* Compliance and operational experience. Specific experience in finance / asset management is strongly preferred.
* Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF skills required.
* Established skills in accuracy, organization, and experience working in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
* Ability to manage and execute challenging projects with minimal oversight.
* Possess strong organizational skills, sound judgement and hold highest ethical standards.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
* Prior experience with virtual data rooms is preferred.
* General understanding of financial markets is preferred
