Peripatetic Manager Opportunity
Covering Angus, Dundee, Perth & Kinross, and Fife, the role involves supporting our Retirement Housing, Retirement Housing with Meals, and Very Sheltered services. The post will also support wider area as required on a 12‑month fixed term basis.
The Role
- Manage developments, including support of development employees and a meal service within Very Sheltered Housing, during the absence of the permanent manager or deputy manager.
- Ensure all property checks are undertaken and that communal areas are clean and well maintained.
- Provide an enhanced housing management service to tenants within our developments and assist with Housing Support tasks.
- Deliver a visiting Manager service to designated Retirement Housing and Retirement Housing with Meals developments.
- Conduct assessment visits for applicants and provide support to new staff members.

Hours of employment
22.5 per week over 3 days.
