An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Store Director to lead one of the most prestigious luxury maisons within Bicester Village. We are seeking a commercially astute, inspiring leader with a strong luxury background and a passion for delivering world-class client experiences.
The Role
As Store Director, you will have full ownership of the boutique, driving commercial performance while embodying the brand’s heritage, values, and standards. You will lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring an elevated client journey at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
* Full P&L ownership with responsibility for achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management and sales team
* Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and international clientele
* Ensure brand excellence across visual merchandising, service standards, and operations
* Partner closely with regional and head office teams to execute brand strategy
* Maintain impeccable operational standards, compliance, and stock management
About You
* Proven experience as a Store Director or Senior Store Manager within high or ultra-luxury retail
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results in high-turnover environments, managing large teams in fast-paced environment
* Inspirational leadership style with a passion for people development
* Highly client-centric, with experience managing VIP and high-spend clientele
* Confident, polished, and brand-driven, with exceptional communication skills
