HGV Mechanic/Vehicle Technicianrequired inChelmsford. We are recruiting for a keen and enthusiastic candidate to join our clients team. Relevant commercial vehicle repair and maintenance andCategory C Licencerequired for this role.
Working Days:Monday to Friday
Hours:37 hours per week
The Role:
* Preparing vehicles for annual testing
* Performing routine services and inspections on all vehicles
* Carrying our breakdown repairs
* MOT Testing and assisting with roadside repairs
* Ensuring the workshop is kept clean and tidy
* Flexibility on working hours is key for the role
The successful candidate requires:
* Holds a category C licence
* City and Guilds Motor Vehicle Technology Parts 1, 2 and 3 (or equivalent)
* Experience in assessing vehicles to meet deadlines
* Previous experience working with HGV vehicles is desirable
