Trainee Day Programme Facilitator Location: Margate Salary: £12.21 per hour Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time Closing Date: 24th September 2025 Our traineeship programme is designed to offer structured development, mentoring, and practical experience, enabling participants to progress into permanent roles at the end of the 12-month contract. All trainees are enrolled in an accredited training programme and invited to join the Forward Connect community. As a Forward Trust Trainee, you will: Shadow experienced team members and receive guidance to develop competence in your assigned business unit. Gain practical work experience alongside studying for a nationally recognised qualification (subject to criteria). Receive mentoring, supervision, and regular progress reviews to ensure you meet your development goals. Participate in compulsory therapy as part of the traineeship programme. You will be supported to develop skills in: Planning and managing a caseload effectively. Reviewing ongoing care and treatment, liaising with healthcare and other agencies. Co-facilitating groups and programmes to required standards. Working in multi-disciplinary and integrated ways. Collecting and recording data for audit, research, and reporting purposes. Carrying out assessments and risk evaluations to inform treatment journeys and interventions. Supporting service users in developing recovery plans tailored to their needs.
