About the firm
This new role is in the Central London office of a national Legal 500 law firm. The firm is a full service outfit, with a Central London team comprising of approximately 80 solicitors that deal with HNW and UHNW individual clients, and a range of national and international commercial clients.
About the role
My client is looking for a mid-level qualified residential real estate solicitor to add to the team due to high demand for their residential property services. The successful candidate must have experience dealing with a mixed caseload of residential files, including sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity, and should be able to work on all of the matters autonomously. Candidates need to have experience dealing with leasehold properties and representing HNW clients. Furthermore, successful candidates must have a good track record of billings, and ideally experience with BD events and client generation, though a following is not necessary.
Requirements:
* 3PQE+ at an English law firm.
* Ability to run a mixed caseload of a variety of residential property files.
* Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
* Have an ambitious and hard working attitude to work.
