The Team
Oculus Legal Group are working with a well-established Top 150 law firm with a long-standing presence across Cambridgeshire. Their Property Disputes team has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality advice and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
You will be joining a close-knit and collaborative team, working directly alongside an experienced Partner who is actively involved in the team’s matters, offering strong mentorship and support.
The Team (Dispute Resolution)

You will be joining a close-knit and collaborative team, working directly alongside an experienced Partner who is actively involved in the team’s matters, offering strong mentorship and support.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have gained experience in property litigation matters, with exposure to areas such as landlord and tenant disputes, adverse possession, trespass, and nuisance. Experience across residential and mixed-use property matters would be particularly beneficial.
This role would suit someone looking to further develop their expertise within a supportive environment, with a genuine interest in property disputes and a willingness to get involved in a broad range of work. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and client interaction are important.
The Opportunity
This role offers a broad and engaging caseload covering all aspects of property litigation, including adverse possession, landlord and tenant disputes, leasehold matters, trespass, nuisance, and property management issues across residential and mixed-use property matters.
You will work closely with the Partner on a range of complex and high-value disputes, gaining exposure to strategy, client management, and technical development. Alongside this, you will have the autonomy to run your own files and take ownership of your matters.
A key part of the role includes attending court, providing you with valuable advocacy exposure and the opportunity to build confidence in handling hearings.
