We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team. Responsibilities
* Create and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
* Provide high-quality care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
* Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional development.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive team environment.
* Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance.
* Ensure that the nursery environment is clean, organised, and conducive to learning.
* Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
Experience
* Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
* A background in early childhood education or relevant qualifications is highly desirable.
* Strong management and leadership skills to guide junior staff members effectively.
* Excellent communication skills in English to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Experience in childcare practices that promote the overall development of young children.
