Must Have’s
• AAT Level 4, or currently studying towards it
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes?
Nice to have’s
• Previous experience in finance within a property management setting
• Familiarity with client accounting procedures and VAT returns
• Confidence using finance systems and Microsoft Excel?
So, what will you be doing?
• Processing receipts and assisting with banking cash and cheques
• Verifying and managing creditor invoices and queries
• Running weekly payments for suppliers and clients
• Preparing client statements and financial reports
• Raising and processing tenant and internal invoices
• Maintaining accurate records across clients, tenants, and suppliers
• Reviewing and submitting VAT returns on behalf of clients
• Supporting the wider Property Management team and handling calls?
