Property Damage Solicitor – Associate Level (1 PQE) A leading national insurance litigation firm is seeking a Property Damage Solicitor (1 PQE) to strengthen its growing Birmingham-based team. Location: Birmingham | Working Pattern: Hybrid Salary: £40,000–£60,000 DOE Contract: Full-time, Permanent Rapid growth of the team This recruitment forms part of a strategic expansion of a highly respected property damage and commercial insurance practice, with a particular focus on subrogated recovery and coverage work. Opportunity to advise on broad range of work including complex cases The successful candidate will advise on a varied and technically complex caseload, including: Property damage claims involving fire, flood, construction and subsidence Subrogated recoveries and coverage disputes Liability defence and wider strategic advisory matters Opportunities to assist with business development and client training initiatives Mentoring and supporting junior fee earners as the team grows Depending on experience, solicitors will be encouraged to develop their own caseload or work under the guidance of senior practitioners on more complex matters.
