Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rotherham for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures within the awarding organization. Key responsibilities include conducting internal and external audit processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards throughout the organization’s qualifications and assessment processes. The role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to continuously improve standards and deliver exceptional outcomes while aligning with the organization's core values.
Qualifications
* Experience in quality assurance, auditing, and compliance processes, particularly within an awarding organization or similar regulated environment
* Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders
* Attention to detail and a methodical approach to assessing and improving processes
* Proficiency in regulatory frameworks such as those provided by Ofqual or similar bodies
* Proven track record of fostering team collaboration and delivering on key outcomes
* Strong digital literacy and competence with office productivity tools
* Desirable: Knowledge of vocational education and awareness of equality, diversity, and inclusion in education and assessment
* Relevant qualifications in education, quality assurance, or a related field are advantageous
