Halls is looking to welcome a highly motivated and talented property professional with proven estate agency experience to join our Kidderminster branch. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer service and results focused individual to play an intrinsic role in driving the branches growth and achieving sales targets. You will use your negotiation skills and market knowledge to deliver exceptional results and maximise opportunities for both our clients and the business.
The Role
· Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and potential clients
· Provide excellent customer service at every stage of the buying and selling process
· Conduct property viewings in a professional and knowledgeable manner
· Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes
· Work closely with the sales progression team to ensure a smooth and timely process
· Proactively generate new business opportunities, including arranging and following up on market appraisals
· Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system with all relevant information
· Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
· Ensure compliance with AML and industry regulations
· Procure and refer leads to the Financial Services provider
· Support the branch team with general office duties where required.
The Candidate
· Previous experience in estate agency sales
· Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident professional manner
· Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to help clients
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
· A proactive approach to generating business and spotting opportunities
· Competent in using IT systems and maintaining accurate records
· A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
· Full UK driving licence and own car
