About the Role:

The Job:
* Operate and maintain traditional milling equipment
* Ensure product quality and operational efficiency
* Follow safety and hygiene regulations
* Collaborate with the team to manage grain and flour stocks
The Candidate:
* Experience in agriculture is advantageous but not essential
* Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities
* Attention to detail and consistency
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Awareness of safety standards (training provided)
* Physically fit for manual tasks
The Package:
* Salary: £12.21 - £14.00 per hour
* Day shift
* Hours: 40-50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
