Overview

Join to apply for the SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (O2C) Lead role at DXC Consulting & Engineering Services. DXC is expanding its SAP business across the UK and Europe and is seeking a dynamic SAP S/4HANA O2C Lead to spearhead the design and delivery of next-generation O2C solutions as part of complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The role requires a strong blend of business process understanding, SAP functional expertise, client engagement, and leadership capabilities. You will lead the end-to-end O2C solution design across sales, billing, customer service, and revenue recognition processes in alignment with industry best practices and digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Solution Ownership: Lead the design and deployment of the full Order to Cash value chain within SAP S/4HANA including SD, Billing, Credit Management, Output Management, and Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR).
* Process Expertise: Translate business requirements into SAP O2C solutions, covering sales order processing, ATP, delivery, invoicing, returns, pricing, rebates, and intercompany scenarios.
* Client Engagement: Work closely with client stakeholders, business process owners, and cross-functional teams to drive workshops, capture requirements, and present solution designs.
* Program Leadership: Provide functional leadership during the entire project lifecycle (Discover, Explore, Realize, Deploy), ensuring solution alignment with SAP Activate methodology.
* Team Leadership: Guide and mentor functional consultants across O2C; review deliverables including WRICEF, configuration, test scripts, data objects, and cutover plans.
* Integration Oversight: Collaborate with FICO (AR, revenue recognition), MM (3rd party sales), TM (transportation), EWM, and BTP (workflow/output) teams to ensure seamless integration.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with client’s architectural principles, governance standards, and industry regulations (e.g., IFRS, local tax).
* Change Enablement: Support training, testing, UAT, and hypercare, acting as the point of contact for O2C-related issues and enhancements.


Required Experience

* SAP Expertise: Extensive experience in SAP SD/O2C with minimum 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations (greenfield or brownfield).
* Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of O2C processes in Manufacturing, CPG, Automotive, or Life Sciences industries.
* Hands-On Proficiency: Strong configuration experience in SD, pricing, delivery, output management, credit management (FSCM), tax (VAT, GST), and RAR.
* Integration Experience: Proven experience in integrating with FICO (especially AR), TM, EWM, and 3rd party logistics or eCommerce platforms.
* Leadership: Experience leading teams of 3–8 functional consultants and working in multi-country rollouts.
* Tools & Methodologies: Familiarity with SAP Activate, Solution Manager, Jira, and testing automation tools (e.g., Tricentis).
* Communication: Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and documentation skills. Comfortable interacting with C-level stakeholders.


Stakeholder & Soft Skills

* Able to engage confidently with Heads of Sales department and Finance leadership to guide transformation discussions.
* Skilled at translating procurement complexity into simplified, scalable SAP solutions.
* Experienced in leading teams, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
* Excellent communication, process mapping, and client-facing presentation skills.


Methodologies & Tools

* Proven experience with SAP Activate and agile delivery models.
* Use of Signavio, Solution Manager, JIRA/Confluence, and other project collaboration tools.
* Familiarity with DevOps pipelines for functional delivery in SAP S/4HANA programs.


Certifications & Qualifications

* SAP S/4HANA Sales Certification (C_TS462).
* Experience with SAP RAR and BRIM is a strong plus.
* Prior consulting experience with Tier-1 SI (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, EY, Capgemini, Infosys, etc.).
* Experience in RISE with SAP and BTP integrations.
* Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps, Output Management with Adobe Forms, and advanced ATP.
