A great opportunity has become available with a national family run business based in Stevenage who are seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their busy office in Stevenage.
Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for duties relating to accounts receivable and credit control.
Responsibilities:
* Cash collection reporting
* Handling card disputes via card supplier
* Importing transaction reports
* Daily reconciliations and investigating variances
* Tracking refunds
* Setting up new customers in finance system
* Supporting debt recovery from debtors list
* Monthly analysis of card transaction balances
* Assist with the filing of court claims
* Assisting with monthly charging issued for missing stock.
Skills &; Experience
* This is an entry level role, an interest in finance is essential
* High level of organisation and be able to multi-task.
* Be happy to work as part of a small team but also be able to work alone.
* Proficient in Word and Excel
