Key Responsibilities
* Interpret technical and fabrication drawings to produce components with high accuracy
* Perform tasks such as cutting, bending, welding, forming, assembling, finishing etc. using tools and machinery (MIG, TIG, grinders, press brakes, cold saws etc.)
* Maintain clean, safe, and organised workshop/working area
* Monitor and ensure quality standards are met for all deliverables
* Work collaboratively with the design, joinery, CAD and project teams to deliver finished products to spec and on schedule
* Help with maintenance of equipment/tools and order supplies when needed
What We\'re Looking For
* Proven fabrication experience (metal fabrication, sheet metal work etc.)
* Proficiency in welding methods (especially MIG/TIG) and familiarity with fabrication machinery/tools
* Ability to read / follow engineering/fabrication drawings and maintain tight tolerances
* Strong attention to detail and pride in producing work to a high standard
* Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
* A positive attitude, reliability, good communication and practical problem-solving skills
