Are you an organised and proactive Project Administrator looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business where you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic projects across the organisation.

As a Project Administrator, you’ll work closely with project teams and senior stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, accurate reporting, and effective administration of multiple projects. From IT system rollouts to business change initiatives, this role offers variety and the chance to make a real impact.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a Project Administrator or project support role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Prince2 Foundation or similar desirable)
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the implementation and tracking of strategic initiatives across the business
Coordinating inputs from project leads and stakeholders for reporting cycles and board updates
Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including status reports and RAID logs
Assisting with the setup and administration of project management tools (such as Smartsheet)
Ensuring all project artefacts and templates are up-to-date and aligned with best practices
Providing general administrative support to the Head of Projects and wider team
Helping identify opportunities for process improvements within project delivery

Salary from £25,000+ DoE
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch
