Responsibilities
* Fulfil all IBA responsibilities as part of the Operations team, including maintenance and day-to-day handling of the IBA ledgers, both Client & Underwriting.
* Ensure timely collection/settlement to and from customers and supporting markets of the Overseas offices.
* Assist Overseas offices in the collection and settlement of funds to/from clients.
* Ensure settlement and collection of funds from/to syndicate.
* Responsibility for claim settlements paid to brokers and the reconciliation of syndicate funds.
* Responsibility for the accurate modification of reference data within the accounting system Enterprise Accounts (EA).
* Assist the team and IBA Manager to ensure month-end processes are run as planned, reviewing data accuracy and report generation.
* Liaise with the associated affiliated office to ensure their records are updated to reflect any amendments as required.
* Ensure the accurate modification of processed data by the technical team is completed as required.
Requirements
* Clear and concise communication is vital.
* Good knowledge of Insurance in the Lloyds Market.
* IBA reconciliation experience essential.
* Understanding of Slips, associated Endorsements and Closings.
* Understanding of premium calculation from broker documentation.
