OCU Group are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the team based at our Leeds Seacroft Office.

We’re looking for a passionate, people-focused Customer Service Advisor, your mission is simple but vital: to deliver 10 out of 10 experience to every customer, every time.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, solving problems, and making sure everyone you speak to feels heard, valued, and supported. We believe that excellent customer service isn’t just about meeting expectations—it’s about exceeding them.

You will need to:

* Deliver a consistently high level of customer service across all channels.
* Handle queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and professionally
* Ensure every customer interaction ends on a positive note, aiming for a 10/10 experience
* Build rapport and trust with customers through clear, empathetic communication
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems
* Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively

To be successful in the role you will need proven experience in:
