We are working with a well-established and growing contract cleaning business to recruit an experienced Operations Manager.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing multiple sites, leading teams, and ensuring high standards of service delivery across all contracts.

The Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will:
* Manage a portfolio of key sites alongside Area Supervisors
* Ensure all sites operate in line with Health & Safety requirements
* Oversee client KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high service standards
* Conduct regular site audits and performance reviews
* Build strong relationships with clients through regular meetings
* Support and guide Area Supervisors across multiple locations
* Manage staffing levels, holidays, and absence to ensure full coverage
* Oversee recruitment of cleaning operatives
* Provide support on HR matters when required
* Monitor site hours and support payroll input
* Ensure all sites are fully resourced and operating efficiently
About You
* Proven experience within contract cleaning or facilities management
* Experience managing multiple sites and teams
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Confident communicator with excellent client-facing ability
* Organised, proactive, and able to take ownership
* Good IT skills (Word, Excel, reporting systems)
* Full UK driving licence
