Position Overview
The Sales Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the sales team and ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end customer experience. This role acts as the bridge between Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance, handling order processing, customer communication, and sales administration with accuracy and efficiency.
Major Responsibilities
* Prepare and issue accurate sales quotes in line with pricing guidelines
* Follow up on quotes and support the sales team with conversions
* Process sales orders from approved quotes through to invoicing
* Prepare sales confirmations, order documentation, and pricing updates
* Maintain and update customer and quote records in CRM/ERP systems
* Support the sales team with reports, forecasts, and pipeline tracking
* Act as a key point of contact for customer and distributor enquiries
* Provide order status updates, lead times, and delivery information
* Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet customer expectations
* Handle basic after‑sales queries, including delivery issues and documentation
* Liaise with finance on invoicing, payments, and credit checks
* Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and compliant
* Assist with stock availability checks and production scheduling
* Support international orders, including export paperwork where required
* Identify opportunities to improve sales administration processes
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across sales operations
Skills and Qualifications
* 2+ years’ experience in sales administration, sales support, or order processing role
* Experience working in a manufacturing, fitness equipment, or B2B environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Comfortable working with CRM and ERP systems
Nice to Have
* Experience supporting international or distributor‑based sales
* Knowledge of logistics, shipping, or export documentation
* Exposure to fitness, Pilates, or wellness industries
