Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and deliver major adaptations for adults in social care settings
* Apply moving and handling techniques to ensure safe and effective practice
* Conduct client assessments and contribute to service evaluations and improvements
* Collaborate with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and external contractors
* Maintain accurate client records in line with HCPC standards and legal requirements
Requirements:
* HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
* Experience in adult social care, major adaptations, and community OT
* Strong moving and handling skills
